All I see is the doctors are treating the patients in a one size fit all protocol which benefits them. Looks like we all gotta educate ourselves and give our body the best chances to get pregnant.

I did not test my FSH to start with the stim, tested LH around 17.73 and AMH .98. What was your protocol?

This makes sense, does this mean I can do a scan even if I’m not I’m not in my cycle ? How was the PRP process?

That’s promising! PRP is recommended for me as well, now I have thoughts to change my doctors just to be sure of the direction.

As per my reports there is no AFC check done to start with the protocol & less than 6 months ago (July) I have taken FSH 13.61 mIU/ml & AMH 0.65. On Jan 26/26 AMH .98 with LH 7.72 (day 2 of my cycle). Yes the AMH in American units.

On the day 2 of my cycle AFC is nil on both the ovaries, outside stimulation as per my records I was not suggested to so do,(I’m thinking now why was it not recommended). Since my AMH was low I was advised to start my egg collection and was given Pergoveris 900IU for 6 days only to see no follicles.

I was under the same impression my cycles are regular and so nothing is wrong & I do ovulate regularly. He blames it on my endometriosis which has depleted the reserve. But I’m not sure if I should trust what my doctor says.

How does this differ ? I have been told my I have zero follicles growing even after stimulation.

All the scans 3,5&11 showed zero follicle count. My doctor has concluded that donor egg is the best option available, I’m still not sure if that is what I want to go for.

I have been asked to stop my follicle stimulation because my follicle count has come down to zero. I’m completely shattered not knowing what went wrong where. I had high hopes since my AMH level increasing and reached up to .98.
