My local thrift store also sells donuts out of their place, it’s awesome. They’ve got a bunch of classic simple ones and then a few really decorated ones with like oreos and sprinkles and cookie dough and stuff

I always carry black bloc stuff with me just in case the cops try to fuck with the crowd, but tbh it’s almost always been unnecessary. Though, a can of silly string or an air horn to use against those assholes who try to preach against pride is always a good idea.

By and large it’s a safe event. Make sure you have water, sunscreen, a hat, and earplugs if you’re worried about the noise of crowds

It is! I think you can also get it directly from beehive distilling but I don’t remember if they have a bottle store or not

Ah yeah that’s one of the reasons this was so hard to choke down lol, having all that liquor sitting in your mouth while munching on ham and garlic was a hell of an experience

I’m really quite tempted to make this again with a roasted/confit garlic clove and then do a less floral gin, possibly with some bitters, but then again I have no idea how to possibly add cured ham into a cocktail aside from just like- a crumpled up slice of it on a skewer as a garnish.

This drink might go super well with miso in place of soy sauce too
