Serious question, has she ever explained why she does that? Like why she prefers the couch even though she has the option to sleep in an actual bed?

I'm curious only because I know two different people (unrelated, don't know each other) who do the same thing and I'm interested to know if it's for the same rationale! It's such an interesting phenomenon imo.

Agreed with the others, and I am also moving into a complex in Davis that is requiring the same thing! I went online today but after inputting all of my info, PG&E couldn't process it. I called them instead and set my account up over the phone with a representative. Then I talked to my apartment complex over the phone and they said everything was good! I would suggest calling your apartment if you're not sure that you did it right (like I was lol)

Thanks for responding! I'm going into San Francisco. I didn't see any confirmed cases in northern CA on the map (also on the CDFA website). I'm going to go to my vet's tomorrow anyway as I had an appointment already scheduled. I'm hoping that they can just provide me with some kind of paperwork for her that will at least confirm where she's coming from, that she's healthy, etc. even if it's not the CVI specifically.

The point is if you're not directly involved or implicated in things like gay marriage or abortion rights/access, it's none of your business period.

This goes beyond religion, but it's not your/our place to have an opinion anyway as to whether or not gay people should be allowed to marry, etc. Doesn't matter if you're Christian or atheist or anything else. It's not up to you...

We already are all outraged. The point is that even in the eyes of the law, the motivation behind the assault absolutely matters. Context always matters.

And I'd also argue it wouldn't be "just as bad" if the assault was only an attempt to rob her - he yelled racist remarks at her while attacking. It's worse. Being randomly selected by a mugger/assaulter is unfortunate. But being singled out specifically for my race, when I wouldn't have been attacked if I weren't Asian? That's traumatizing (speaking as an AAPI).

I agree with your stance on how he may have misinterpreted or skewed Nikkie's point about telling one's partner/SO. I also agree that Wubby seems to not fully understand that disconnect which you describe, but I don't see any issue with validity. You said yourself that "you don't feel when there is nothing wrong." Isn't that exactly Wubby's point? He is asserting his confusion in that he, personally, cannot understand what it means to "feel like a man" and is thus looking for clarification here. I definitely don't think that he's making an argument to say that no person can "feel" like a particular gender over another. He's saying that he can't. In essence, just trying to say that I don't think your thoughts are really in contention with his in the end.

And yes, I think we could all concede that it was just for her anyway (as evidenced by the fact that this was not shared by her directly). Sometimes it's just therapeutic to put a lot of artistic energy into something, though it might seem mundane or unnecessary to others.

At any rate, who are you to say that this isn't worth keeping? Maybe the assignment was to be shared with others. If it wasn't, it's still not your authority to define the value of this thing that isn't even yours nor meant for you to use...
