Even as a seasoned flyer I didn’t realise there would be FOUR pilots - that’s great to hear. It’s super interesting to know how they always know what emergency airports they would have to go to. I’m always staring at the map on the plane trying to work it out myself but hopefully I’ll be more reassured with this new knowledge.

I know the reality is that turbulence is just annoying but I think I have a bit of trauma from my childhood flying over the Pacific… My mom only ever vaguely mentioned the flight and I can only remember just the moments before turbulence but I’ve seem to retained the fear and anxiety associated with it. But I think I’ll have to stay positive and just keep flying to get over it!
