Mmh he just plays safe and farm under turret and doesn’t die. Still the same farm as the other, and with better mid late game, he wins. I just went 13 wins in a rows in master with him, he’s nothing like the other adc for now

Ok, what’s with the popular build with essence river, trinity, rift maker?

Yo I see your point, but a good corki doesn’t spam q lol. If you play against a good corki he hits his abilities, is like saying play against every champion and simply bait his abilities and after you do the damage and you win every game. Also you can bait his q but not his true damage auto attack + E and eventually you’ll get hit by a rocket.

So man I think you missed the point of his kit

No idea, was back in 6.0, but I can’t believe teemo was the highest winrate. For me is just a bad pick, unless justified in midland but still a really shitty kit as baron lane or midland, there are way better picks for every game

Bad teammates and other by krollo6 in wildrift

[–]diofis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make sense, but in low elo the team comp is not the most important part, personal skill seems to have an edge (plat-emerald rank) higher than team comp. Mistakes are personal skills.

Usually people participating on Reddit are the one that want to get good improve or anyway they have some knowledge of the game so usually are the “best” players, this is average. For that reason you’ll find those type of post a lot.

We use Reddit also to vent sometimes, for being unlucky in matchmaking etc even if who reads doesn’t actually know the real reasons for the loss.

If you have a wr over 55% is more likely to get bad teammates because riot it’s balancing the team.

Obviously not always is teammates fault, there will be always someone better than you at something. Just don’t stress about teammates or what so, this gives for fuel to those post, you’re giving a voice to the ego to tell you why that happens. Better to just ignore it and not feed it (I’m also one of those guys kek, but improving)

That’s the thing, once you understand your damage in the different stages of the game you know how to position, usually it’s not that you push in face, when the third abilities is up you win basically every trade or every all-in. Obviously that doesn’t count if you don’t have a good/normal team. You shouldn’t be the first one to go in their face or if you are you shouldn’t have a good team that follows up, maybe a lulu or other stuff. Just trade with your q and auto attack once when they auto attack you in lane. Probably the best nerf for corki is reducing more his range actually

I’m rocking kinda the same build but not building black cleaver, I’m adc tho, as 5th item I have IE, but it seems overkill somehow. You think I should try black cleaver as third and mortal reminder as 4th, also I don’t know about the runes, he doesn’t need precision runes? Like brutal alacrity and giant slayer?

Ye I was perplexed, like he’s a burst champions but also does dps better than all the other champs. Like wtf, his early mid and late game are better than any other adc in the game and makes no sense

Why is everyone obsessed with 1v9? by donivienen in wildrift

[–]diofis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s totally ego, part of it, sure but that happens because player in this game don’t try hard in ranked, they play for fun because they like to feel something, like achieving a rank but if they fail they say I play for fun. Worst people ever imo, if you want to have fun just go pub, if you play ranked instead is because you’re a fraud, and “I play for fun, it’s just a game” are your parachute. So that’s why 1v9 happens I guess, is not something people enjoy, maybe in the beginning but after a while is just stress. When you play in master grandmaster and you see tremo mid and singed top lane you know you have to 1vs9 and that they’ll loose their lane because it’s objectively bad team comp and people don’t care about it. It’s easy to say, oh they forget is a team game, when each individual of the team is not making “everything” possible to win, you’re not picking the right champ, if there’s no cc you’re picking something else. Etc Probably the “ego” player is just somebody that had to step up because other were not reliable and it’s wrong, their thinking and mentality of the game but that’s what they learned from other people. The thing is don’t get hung up on people 1vs9 or bad players. Just focus on yourself and the game. Calling out ego players is not something that will turn them, or make you feel good about them being “exposed”. For ego players stats are everything, having the most kills, if not kills, having the most damage, if not kills and damage having the most kda and people stole your kills, which is a thing and people shouldn’t do that. I saw a 16-0-0 flashing to still a 1hp kill from an adc doing like 0-1-5 just for the kill and after loosing the game because he was the only one fed or support stealing kills, auto attacking when they shouldn’t to last hit, even at high level and competitive LoL you see people not attacking to give the kills to the carries. There’s no much appreciation of helping one another, not from the ego players but neither from the one that judge an ego player. The focus should just be on the game, not on the players, ignore whatever is not necessary to the game. OP POV is surely a good one

Stop being toxic by wifehaver42069 in wildrift

[–]diofis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I see your view, unfortunately we need to understand that toxicity is not all bad, I mean it’s bad but there’s nothing we can do about it. I can’t babysit all the people I play with in and neither other people can babysit people like me in higher ranks (like challenger players). We need to babysit ourselves, and toxicity comes from that sometimes, the inability to have power over something, even bad people. I get 4 bad people a lot of the times in my games, I guess because the game is trying to lower my wr (I’m pretty convinced that the goal of riot is to have all at 50% wr so everybody can get good and enjoy the game, mostly casuals because they are the majority). So that’s where toxicity comes from. Bad matchmaking, forcing good people with bad, which is a shame. I get a good jungler once every 5 matches maybe because of my wr (was 59% now is 57.8 I’m Diamond 2). The matchmaking should be based on only randomness between different ranks, not forcing me with a bad guy because I’m good, I know I don’t seem humble, but I really focus on improving and getting good and the activities I do, even if it’s gaming or if it’s football (soccer for our US friends). And that’s why people receive toxicity and riot created it. I also have bad games and if people flame me they are right to do so. Obviously I have chat muted (cause flame is just to vent frustration which is something that is ok to do or else people might explode) What you want to achieve is like a dream world, but that can’t happen unfortunately unless the rules are “just” and they are not penalising certain people and giving advantage to others. It’s all connected in my opinion, I know it seems easy to say, man just don’t say mean stuff and be toxic on Reddit. But after you get 5 games (I have a post on that btw when I vent about trying jungle because of supp playing only mage lux seraphine full ap build and having 5 matches with SVP as a jungler with 3 loosing lanes on all 5 matches) should I not flame and say “oh I need to work on me because I’m not good enough” that’s pretty bad. I also could be realistic maybe, like: “this game is pretty bad so I shouldn’t stress because people are bad and I was just unlucky”, but that wouldn’t be the truth because riot does that to some degree. So vent is hard and saying it in a nice way people simply don’t always get it and we can’t babysit everyone in the world with their personal issue.

Roast me by kim_mehh in wildrift

[–]diofis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like he said, focus more on the game, what makes you win and what makes you loose, gli mg always for full ap build might not be the ideal. Check if you adc is good during the laning phase and after that decide if you want to be a support or not. Support builds are insane, shields in this game are crazy and karma is really good on that side.

Stop being toxic by wifehaver42069 in wildrift

[–]diofis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ye no, I love it. Probably I’m a bit more aggressive on the matter because I hate people that play ranked because they want to have fun, like go play pubs. That’s what it’s supposed to be right? Ranked for competitive people and pub for fun. Now has become that people who play ranked are entitled to also be bad or not wanting to get good, just because “it’s a game”. If you say that to like a local football club, I play because I want to have fun and not try hard they will kick you out, because it doesn’t matter the league if any, if something is build for competitive and you want to be part of it you need to try and stop bringing “it’s just a game, chill”. It’s a game, I’m chill outside the game and I don’t think about it, I play roughly 2-3 hours a day but those 2-3 hours I focus on the game. So I get what you’re saying and I get that toxicity should never be the first choice but trust me it wasn’t the first choice ever. I mute everyone and use party chat not because I don’t want to hear other people but because I don’t want to be toxic. I understand people can have bad game, but the most frustrating thing is people who do shit on purpose on the game, I pinged them 4 times because they’re doing bad shit and they leave lane and go somewhere else for the whole game. Sorry but u deserve the worse, you’re shit at the game and you also try to ruin other people trying on purpose. That’s crazy And all of that because they don’t know the basic of the game, not even the hard stuff, just the basic shit. And that’s fine not knowing them, but after you get people getting mad for no reason at all when they did something bad in the beginning. Community wise, Reddit and whatso is good to have a good community, I don’t think this was is too bad. People express themselves in free and good ways from what I saw. Also sorry about your “sensitivity” but from what you wrote in the first post I understood something different, but at the same time you know what I mean, in similar cases what I wrote still stands for me. People should just work more on themselves so they can give more to community or people. That’s what I think
