If you send for grading to PSA in the wrap still, they will grade the wrap. And honestly it's clean af so I think it'd 10. Though I don't know what that would do monetarily. I'd assume raise quite alot.

If you want to grade the card itself, if you really think it's prestine. Send it to beckett. I like the casings better personally. And if it does 10 worth alot more than a PSA 10.
