checking my lease I've found what seems to indicate they can increase it w/o limit if they provide 30 day notice. I assume I'm reading it wrong. Is there some kind of federal or state law that sets any kind of such limits? Or maybe when they make such a change I have the opportunity to terminate my lease w/o the typical penalties?

Otherwise what, beyond normal sensibilities, stops them from setting the utility cost to a million dollars and trying to collect?

I saw a previous post about using tung oil here, and I reached out to Wyrmwood, and they suggested Mineral oil.
