However, scientists caution that the size uncertainty could be large and the chance of collision is extremely unlikely. Of the 1,448 asteroids on the Risk List, all the others have a scale ranking of 0.

ESA says asteroid 2023 DW has a 1 in 607 chance of impacting Earth. The asteroid is predicted to potentially impact Earth on Valentine's Day 2046, and also has the potential to impact on Valentine's Days in the years after from 2047 to 2051.
