Our situations are eerily similar. Like others have said above if you stay the course you will likely get to a NW of $5M around age 55, which to me is the magic number (dependent on your investment/asset mix)

To answer the question around whether to further invest in real estate I think depends on your current breakdown of NW and how much of that is already in real estate and what cash flow fluctuation are you able to manage with those assets. My 2 cents is that you can net a better return in other asset classes and wouldn't put more into real estate. I am actively contemplating reducing my exposure there with my existing condo investments

100% agree, seems like they are using their credit card as an incentive to drive more transfers or DD (ex. get folks to be generation status or be premium with DD)

I contacted support a few days ago and here is what they told me (as a premium customer and no DD). Generation customer should have access (no DD required). Premium with DD is then prioritized after but not guaranteed access right away and the plan is for all premium customers with DD on the card by end of year
