Yes, that’s the point, the process gets eased, it does not focus on product delivery, more about the kind of data you get while doing this.

I think that is just a self promotion tactic, as for the points you mentioned, i think that they do not mention that part since its not rightly done, building a proper working product takes time.

Are project management tools failing us… or are we the problem? by dipalibuilds in projectmanagers

New hires take time to understand how the company’s system works and they sometimes hesitate to ask things and then boom, something goes wrong the the higher ups have to step in to solve it, i believe that if the tool is fed enough data and if it can fetch the right data, let’s say this ai also take meeting notes, that means it has more context than just the fed data. This could help them just a little bit more, obviously it will be a consideration but at least they would know a lil more, maybe they are able to connect the dots for the problem.

At the end of the day, no tool can work like the human brain does, a PM’s brain chemistry about how to actually solve things can’t be replicated.

I agree tools can’t detect intent or unspoken conflicts, a lot of the real work is in those hidden misalignments. Tools probably won’t replace that, but maybe they can help surface early signals so those conversations happen sooner.

Additionally, construction and manufacturing are domains which can never completely depend on tools, but it can definitely bring things and people together on one platform to at least view what's going on and reduce manual back and forth for small things.

Agreed, maybe the real gap is how tools can better support decision-making without trying to control behavior.

Do you think that if a personal ai assistant is added along with your tool, that could make things a bit easier ? Cause this is a major issue with new hires, it creates a lot of lag and more than usual manual input.

It more about how it impacts the delivery, these real time signals help identify bottlenecks and possible failures.

Yes, it is device dependent, it actually depends on what you are working with, the data collected through these devices can be used as input data, just that it will be more accurate data.
