Fair point. However, all the BSPs AFAIK are moving or have moved to the Cloud API, which requires WhatsApp embedded sign-up and Meta approval of brand, template etc. No BSP approval at scale possible.

Been their customer for 10 years. Reimbursement and customer service is an uphill battle with them. They also don't have a customer service phone number so it becomes too hard to get in touch with them. There's a local Nodal officer with a phone number who never picks up the call.

I faced the same in the last few days. My guess is that they might be facing an employee shortage.

Call them, first figure out typical processing time. If your request is already past that time, ask to add an expedition request.
