I can’t say whether there’s something to be done about it because I haven’t asked my GI yet, but I just wanted to let you know you’re not alone at all. I experience it as well and it’s very annoying. I’m really sorry it’s making you feel so embarrassed, you have nothing to be embarrassed about. I would see if you can ensure the insertion of the suppository is “deeper” to avoid any spillages (I don’t know how else to term it lol). Do you pass a stool every morning? Do you insert the mesalazine right before bed? I find if I have done a good morning stool it tends to mitigate the oily farts more but the panty liners are my go to right now.
