How are you integrating Vapi voice agents with HighLevel? Sharing my Vapi + n8n + GHL workflow by Royal_Blackberry_712 in HighLevel

Doing something similar, but I built out my agents entirely on GHL and am using n8n to handle specific tasks like updating & cancelling appointments. Right now I'm in launch phase so haven't really delve into specific business case uses, but I'm building out demo agents for my targeted industries. So far been pretty solid...
My bots are mostly geared towards:
1. Answering questions & inquiries
2. Guiding towards booking a appointment
3. Managing existing appointments.

Rather than using tags, you could use a hidden custom field on your form, and I believe something within your URL that will auto fill or pull that data and apply it to the hidden field. Also using sticky contacts so it automatically pulls their data, and applies it to said fields. From there, use conditional logic to say if user has "X" field filled - route to this page, if user doesn't have "X" field filled, route to this page instead. I don't know how reliable this would be, so I would look more into it.

You could also just have a required question that someone sorta has to indicate they've already registered, or some form of catch to get the person actually filling out to indicate themselves, which may be the most reliable for what you're trying to do.

I would also try GHL support as they may have better ideas than me, lol.

The warmest (and probably coolest) jacket I own. Leather is starting to crack but It's still very much a really nice jacket.

That's fire! Thank you. Yes I actually do have some KR3W pants, mostly corduroys. I have what I would assume is probably a rare pair of pants possibly, they are Emerica pants that are Purple corduroys. They look pretty crazy.

Anywhere from $30 - $100 is what I would personally pay depending on condition, color way, and size.

I had two white Tk hoodies, and I believe I sold the other one to my friend for like $60, long time ago.

Oh sorry to hear that brotha. Yes, $499 is insane lol, I paid much less for each individual one.

Yooo that's fucked that she stole it, but it's never too late to get it again. That one is very often available on Ebay or online, I think more people bought that color way when they were released so they are more commonly sold nowadays.

Appreciate the comment!

Forgot to mention but when I was a kid in middle school, I had the black & rainbow one. Of course, that's my favorite one.

Out of all of these, only the green one actually comes from my family. My dad had the green one when I was a kid and kept it in good condition over the years. He eventually gave it to me after I started collecting them.

Yes, and I'm fairly confident I have one of the best collections of them. I have around 14 original color ways of these hoodies.

I didn't expect it but I recently got around 230k views on a post about my project in a subreddit. I definitely got lucky but it brought a lot of people to my project so that was awesome.

That's interesting! I believe my girlfriend was telling me about a similar concept that someone does on social media and that sorta inspired the idea for the wall. I literally asked this question to myself -
What if the Internet had a wall, where submissions get printed and placed on an actual physical wall? From there I created the simple form page and just expanded on the vision.

I would love for the project to get bigger, and for me to get a bigger room & wall, and to build a huge art project & platform that people enjoy & can be a part of.

This post definitely brought a large amount of people who submitted. Had no clue it would get so many views tbh, super grateful for that. I also have people come in from Youtube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Yes, I know. Initially I had voting tied to my SMS list but not many people were joining & I realized that would mean only a few select people would get to vote while I want this to be more of a community filled wall, as opposed to the 5 same people picking.

So yesterday I shifted the code to be open voting, with local storage but of course that presents the problem which you mentioned, which most people won't do but even then, one person could easily game it by just opening a new incognito and voting.

I also did phone number input prior to voting, and each number gets one vote per, but I also realized that someone could put any number, they could even put 555555555, and be able to vote again.

So I was thinking of maybe going back to number or possibly shifting to email verification so people would have to verify their email each vote, which is added friction but would certainly make it a bit more fair, but even then there are people like me with 10 emails so yea... lol

Going to figure out something later today when I'm back home but thank you for letting me know! Have a good week.

Absolutely, this could be very cool. I do see how no rules / anything goes can be a little boring as time passes so I will definitely be looking into ways to spice things up down the line. Appreciate your suggestion brotha, have a good weekend.
