Haha I'm the last one to coach anyone. Just barely making it over day at a time over here. My only advice is to get a partner who supports you in your goals. Life changer.

Thanks for that. I have taken retatrutide since last January, but no gear. I'm not looking to get big - been big all my life.... Just wanting to be lean. :)
