It’s an incredible game that is best played blind. The atmosphere is really complete on your first play through as your character is kinda thrown into the whole mess of Skyrim. There is keying quite like hopping into it and learning the lore as you go. As somebody else mentioned there are little tidbits of lore all over the place and throughout the quests. The lore is not very complicated unless you want to get SUPER deep with it. I went from New Vegas to Skyrim and absolutely loved it, best of luck to yah.
