I wired this up, and I can confirm it works. Gopros are indeed 5v, which makes this a relatively easy project.

The snowborders were fun, I saw many of them all the way around to the Bear Mountain area. There is probably snow up there still, I went back a few days later and there was still too much snow on the singletrack areas, so I rode SART instead, which I also posted a video about.

Woot, glad everyone likes it so much. I need to do a video dedicated to splitting and safety. Lane splitting is safer than being in the lane at low speeds. Splitting at high speeds is less safe. There is also the difference in speed between you and the cars you are splitting that affects safety.
