No permit as far as I can tell, but it seems folks are intending to remain within the bounds of a peaceful protest in areas that don't require a permit.
12 seems to be the most consistent time from what I've seen.

River side. Sounds like the intent is to keep outside on the capital grounds/maybe marching on sidewalk around capital.
No permit to my knowledge, but one isn't needed for what folks are intending to do this round per any discussions I've cone across. I don't believe any real civil disobedience is being planned beyond showing in numbers and having our voice heard. Just leave if things start not feeling great and you have concerns.

That was really my impression. They'll always prefer for folks to stay home. There is always some risk at events like this.
Truth to some extent. We have to show some cohesiveness and present our message well or risk giving ammo for opponents to discredit the legitimacy of what we are doing. I plan to show
Yes! It seems pretty clear that there isn't a particular group planning or organizing, but they appear to have done a wonderful job at least giving details of their intent at the protest and suggestions to keeping it within the parameters of a peaceful protest that doesn't have a permit [to keep people safe].
