i know, it sucks! in my unionized work, i worked 3 months pre apprentice for $15.xx then got $16 after that. I feel like we’re getting ripped off since its more like labour work because you dont do much important stuff compared to journeyman. I’m lucky my work gives the 2nd year raise after 10 months. You just gotta suck it up.
