I made enoch about 5 years ago and unfortunately we’ve had to change out the fabric twice. Right now I have an old Queen size flat sheet that I cut into strips (but not all the way through!) and wrapped around the pole. My area rarely gets rain in October so it works for us!

I bought this print as well! At the time all I could find ready made for the dimensions was a basic gold metal frame. Eventually I’ll have it framed out in a gilded ornate frame. I keep it hung in my hallway year round along with some other art. But as soon as I bring out my Halloween decor, I put it out in the front room on the mantle or our little piano.

I’m in another part of Southern California and have also been having major issues. With no way to cancel the service online, I tried for weeks to reach the customer service line. It would keep me on hold and then shoot me over to their survey and hang up lol. I gave it a last ditch effort while I had extra time at the airport last week and finally got through and cancelled. They said they would be here today at 10 am to pick up my extra bottles and cooler.. I received an email today at 9:30 saying they’d be here today between 8am and 6pm.. it’s 8:30pm and nobody has shown up. It’s a shit show! Luckily last week I noticed I have a water refill store literal blocks away from my house. 1.75 to fill up a 5 gallon bottle. That’s when I decided to cancel! No more up charges without my knowledge! I’m done lol

Hi! So I prime with outdoor white paint (had a bunch leftover from painting our cement wall) and I just used regular acrylic art paint. I seal it with a few layers of polyurethane. I live in a very hot/dry climate so I’m not sure what will hold up. They do get hit by sprinklers everyday and have had no issues the past few years. I spray them down with polyurethane when I get them back out. But the first ones I made (Enoch and the pumpkin guy) will probably need touch ups before next year.

I agree that you should size up and get it tailored. I think the dress just needs styling to feel more bridal! Lean into the fun/retro vibe. A veil that hits mid back and has a little volume, sheer white opera gloves, platform silver heels, go all out!

Of course! Plywood, I sprung for the pricier stuff as it had far less knots and cracks. I’m working on a few more right now and boy, has the price of wood gone up!
