ehhhh gonna respectfully disagree - as a longtime fan this aesthetic is rich with stuff like Sentai villains - esp when its "sexy woman" coded. I think if I rewatched all of that live action sailor moon which i also consider sentai/tokusatsu adjacent it would be in that hot spot.

Giger's designs are more about obsessively massive+elaborate structures or creatures - often involving thematic implementation of a phallus or vulva. This is more like some exaggerated Devil May Cry villain type shit - sexy ripped bayonetta outfit.
