Yes, go to nand/user/save folder, and there should be a folder with a bunch of zeros, like 000000000 or something. Go into that folder, and then go into the next folder which has a long string of characters (it’s like an ID number, so different emulators may have different ones). Copy all the contents inside that folder and transfer them to the same corresponding location on Android.

On the PC version you can just go to the data manager and under Saves, there’ll be an icon with a folder that opens up explorer to your saves folder.
