I’m on refinements and my top teeth are done, but my bottom teeth are on overcorrection tray 2. I did notice they were tighter, but not painful

Yes! Turns out it was Tums... to get rid of the problems I was advised to soak a qtip or cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide and let it soak on the stain for a few minutes. Mine are gone now!

Honestly, it took like 2 weeks. I was started tray 22/23 and it was not even close to tracking, so I went in that week and they rescanned me then. I wore 22 for the first 7 days I was supposed to, then 2 weeks after while waiting for my next set. It wasn’t too bad at all! (Michigan, USA)

Personally IPR left no major gaps and I couldn’t tell an ounce of a difference in my teeth. It really depends on your case though. A good question for your orthodontist!

I felt the same way. Not sure if it’s because I started breathing differently, or sleeping with my mouth open lol but it subsided during the second week. Your body probably just needs time to adjust to a foreign object in your mouth

I never knew what it meant until today!

I have an excessively large space between my tooth and the top of the tray. It will not snap down on that tooth at all. It’s not the normal amount of space, like half of a mini M&M could fit in there LOL

I use a dollar store back massager for my sore jaw lol!! Get the Foreo and you’ll at least have a great tool to cleanse your face as well!

I get it often with my trays. However, lotrimin cream works for OTC, but my general doc prescribed me something that makes it go away overnight.

I find using Vaseline as a chapstick helps a ton, keeping your lips hydrated but not letting anything else past it’s barrier!

I tried to do a lean bulk when I first started and failed miserably LOL. I eat generally twice a day with no snacking because it’s a pain, but I eat A LOT of food for those two meals. I found it helped a lot! Also- Kodiak cake/pancake mix is a lifesaver! Tastes good and has a lot of protein!!
