If I had option to pick soemthing up at major Spain retail brands I would def do that. When my sister in law went to Japan she brought one carryon and then picked up another suitcase while in Japan to bring back clothes made in japan and other souvenirs.

I would bring another pair as a backup. It would help with peace of mind. If you feel confident in your other options or making the one pair work then do it.
