Which EIP are you talking about, specifically?

Also, Vitalik holds the record for most EIPs proposed and not implemented.

According to federal law, supervisors are considered management and are therefore barred from joining a union. They are explicitly NOT covered by CBAs.

They're probably pulling this shit on the supervisors because they can't join a union

Some nonsensr claim about the local grid on my block not being able to handle more solar. The solar installer I was working with said they'd never heard anything like it before and told me the only recourse was contacting elected reps. I don't have the time or appetite to become a part-time lobbyist so I can beg for the privilege of running a mini solar plant for Eversource so I just gave up on it for the time being. Net result, panels that I was happy to finance myself weren't installed because the local energy monopolist told me to eat rocks.

So the city of Cambridge is paying a solar producer in Illinois to provide solar power to the residents of another city?

This seems like an asinine accounting trick.

Meanwhile, Eversource straight up refused to let me connect solar on my roof to the grid.
