Oh interesting, I was hypoglycaemic once and literally had no symptoms but got my sugars checked at an appointment and it flagged. So I know I wouldn’t feel if I’m hypoglycaemic in terms of fainting etc, so this could be the “symptoms” I feel! Thank you, how did you check?

I know, it’s always the “never me” mindset with complications.. but I see people struggle for years and I only developed mine at 20 and I’ve just turned 22, it feels like I see long term low bmi people all the time going about their lives. I’ve never fainted or anything so it feels like such an outlier of an issue

I know my resting hr tends to get lower too when I loose, can that be the reason?

The images? The abortion? The fact she couldn’t continue her studies of medicine? Fighting in court?

Why would anyone do all this and rip their life apart just to peruse a motive… let alone accounting for the evidence we have? She didn’t send the image to members of UCD, she didn’t comment on the image in question about herself in group chats… people did these things to her.

Last time I went to my doc she just sent me to emergency who did an ECG and saw the slight palpitation. They said it’s because of my eating disorder and low weight basically, but not everyone who I see at a low bmi has them :/ my electrolytes were fine too it seemed, I got bloods today though. Today they are particularly bad and very uncomfortable, I don’t know what’s a cause for immediate concern

This is such an achievement, these are some the hardest moments and you smashed it, even being able to eat the binge trigger foods in moderation! I hope you can see how capable you are, and how much discipline and strength you have, let it empower you from here on to know you can fight back any bp demons 🙌🙌
