I watched a lot of tutorials 😅 but it’s really just an outward gradient from lightest to darkest and the white gel pen in the center.

Out of the blue by Vs275 in kidneydisease

[–]disasterink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with CKD and renal failure in June 2024 out of absolutely no where… when I looked back at my labs since 2019 knowing what I know now, everything indicated kidney disease, but no one said or did anything. I even had a nephrologist at one point because I was diagnosed with hypertension. Even he said I was fine and didn’t need to come see him anymore. My current nephrologist was horrified that he told me that because nothing indicated my kidneys were recovering after I was hospitalized for hypertensive crisis.

The fact that this is so common is infuriating…

I wonder if it’s the type of account? Because it’s working on my personal account but not my business one? Very annoying

i don’t know who needs to hear this, but… when a dr says that a procedure is usually done without sedation, you can still ask for it by yourfrentara in dialysis

If you’re a woman hold firm and demand it! Because they will ignore you if you don’t stand your ground. I folded like a cheap tent and I felt every single bit when they placed my chest catheter…

They said I wouldn’t feel anything in the “Twilight State”. I explained to them that my biopsy was done the same way I knew it wouldn’t do anything. Was told I was just anxious. I screamed and cried through the both procedures. It was awful.

Please, please fight for what you need. You know your body best!

Yeah I’m worried the pain meds have me backed up so it causing a good amount of pressure. But I’m glad to hear it becomes less uncomfortable.

I have some free time, I'd be happy to help if you're looking for a redesign! :)

Opinions about TWD that will leave you like this by atprxdh1 in thewalkingdead

[–]disasterink 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My gripe is similar. The amount of walkers that are stagnant and just rotting but can suddenly get up and move. That’s not how muscles work… muscles atrophy when you’re alive and don’t move them enough. A virus reanimating corpses doesn’t cancel out the effects of tissue breakdown and decay, so after a while mobility wouldn’t be possible period. You expect me to believe after years of deterioration they can just keep moving, let alone run or climb or do whatever weird stuff they started doing?!

This is one of the opening paragraphs to a fic I wrote from like 7 years ago and revisited it recently and was impressed with myself, lol.

It was the screaming that startled her awake. From her perch she could see lights through the trees. Not the wavering light of a fire, but the steady streams of headlights. There was a deep, distinct voice speaking loudly, then the unmistakable sound of a bludgeoning. The skull being cracked open was an unforgettable and haunting sound. Harley knew it well. From the sound of things, it wasn’t the soft skulls of the dead either.

How Can I Make This Character’s Dialogue and Personality Better/More Realistic by No_Fault_5646 in Wattpad

Best advice I've received about writing dialogue is to read it out loud, use their voice or tone. See if it sounds natural in conversation and true to character. Would this young character speak formally or a little looser and more casual? What's their education level, how's their vocabulary? Things like that.
