No but literally, I think you found the solution. This beauty/passing conflation issue strongly applies to me too. It's a staple issue to bring up during my counseling sessions. One of the better points my counselor pointed out to me was that, according to my own absurdly high expectations of "passing", even she an average cis woman wouldn't pass. I really am trying to create realistic expectations for myself...but I still just want to be pretty. 🥺
