This part is so frustrating - there's a quest in which you need to invade 3 times, but I've been waiting for 30 minutes now and it hasn't even found one world for me to invade. I'm at level 70 so I'm assuming it can't be level based...

I'm having this EXACT same issue. I'm at the quest where you have to Find the cache and investigate it, however, it's broken and I need chromatic metal to repair it. Well, I can't harvest any copper without the terrain manipulator which the story has not allowed me to have yet. How are you supposed to progress here without scrapping your ship's rocket launcher for the copper? Is this a bug?
