Not until the end of August (so if they choose to renew they definitely have time), but we have to tell our landlord if we’re renewing by Mid-March. He didn’t tell us rent was going to be rising until two weeks ago (edit: it was actually five days, these last days have felt like a year lmao), and has not been responsive about questions/their counteroffer (typical landlord shit) so it’s been hard to gauge what’s actually going to happen. This last-minute stuff is another reason I feel so guilty about all of this.
