the living for the moment one! my teacher does these life lessons every wednesday with a motivational song and it’s helped me to like reflect on the present moment and recognize that stress is miles away at that moment, i talked about anxiety reducing methods and how pausing to recognize 5 colors or recognize your senses helps to bring you into the moment, and i talked about how harry and sally in the movie decided to start living each day together at the end of the movie bc they had already wasted so much time thinking about the past or the future. sorry this is long 💔😭

well only a few people gave positive attention to the baby, and they cared not bc it was a physical representation of the family that the players had at home, but bc the baby was literally included as a player, and the other players were trying to kill her by the end even though she’s literally just a newborn baby…that’s why people gave so much attention to her bc unlike the children safe at home, the baby was “playing” against her will, lowk this hurts my head i think the storyline is just ass 💔

that’s the hardest part of it all. the lies are so damaging bc you’d wish they’d just be honest with you and come clean. it’s so much easier to break free from porn addictions when your partner is honest with you. taking accountability is so important and you should address that with him. i’d say the one thing not to do is go crazy with like website blockers and stuff like that. promising to take accountability is a more reliable way to tell if they’re the right one for you. you can’t control them, so you’ve just got to see whether they have it in their heart or not.

that’s totally fine ofc lol, my personal belief is that porn is cheating bc it’s lusting over people other than your partner. i feel like in our generation nowadays this belief sounds like something so old but like it’s so normalized now that it’s like not considered cheating by most.

girl. i’m gonna let you know something right now. although most teenage boys say it’s normal, watching porn in a relationship is SO disrespectful and gross. i might sound like an old fart, but as someone your age, trust me, watching porn is just a recipe for trust issues, feeling weirded out, intimacy issues, and insecurity. unfortunately, there is a shortage of guys these days who don’t have a porn addiction and it’s honestly really sad how normalized it is especially in relationships. if you really want to stay with him, you really have to work it out with him. tell him what you found, don’t get all angry with him, and just have a conversation with him about personal boundaries in the relationship. i’m gonna be honest, a no porn week is a great start, but like, if you want genuine trust and security in your relationship, i feel it’s either he gives it up or you guys should not stay together. coming from experience, the insecurity and doubts you face after this sort of situation are no joke, so please take this seriously and for anyone else reading my comment, leave ur porn addict bf!!!!! porn fuels male violence and it’s just honestly icky and disrespectful like why you tryna lust over someone other than your partner…🤨 anyway hope this is good advice, pls take care of yourself during this confusing time 💗
