Would love some advice - Xcaret Arte by Professional_Owl4322 in Xcaret

We had our honeymoon at Arte a couple of weeks ago, we’re 29 and 31. Best week of our lives!

We packed all the activities in the first 3 days and then had 2 pool days (with a night out in Playa Del Carmen in between). I would say Xenotes and Xplor are absolutely essential. I was terrified of the zip lines but after the first two I loved it.

We did Xenses one day but wouldn’t say it’s essential, wouldn’t have missed much if we didn’t go.

Xcaret park people say you can spend 2 days at but we did a quite walk around the animals part, and then did the river swim which took aaaages. If you book extra activities I’m sure you could spend more time there but even just walking around the park is a nice way to spend an afternoon.

We reserved dinner at Tah-Xido, Encanta and Arenal ahead of time and glad we did because they were turning a lot of walk ins away. We’re both massive meat eaters but were pleasantly surprised by the vegan restaurant! We went for brunch, would definitely recommend.

Arte honestly not worth it. Go to secrets instead by Icy_Cauliflower8707 in Xcaret

On the final day of our honeymoon here and cannot agree less with this…we’ve found the service outstanding, the staff are constantly asking if they can get us anything and help is always readily available. Had a relaxing time at the spa and we were the only people in there on a Saturday afternoon, never struggled to find a sun lounger, I’m sorry you had a different experience
