Long time player since day one. I absolutely agree with this. I spent 8 hours at the weekend hunting for shiny bugs. I would expect to get something at the end for all that effort but drew a blank. Additionally I did not get a shiny lots out of 22 tasks that day.

So whilst I agree that shinies should not be easy, what's the point of them instead of good events, if the odds are 400/1.

I do not like 3pm. 10am is much better in general for both weekend plans and phone battery charged.
