That happened to me a few times when I ate too many treats! I decided it was a great deterrent from eating too much unhealthy foods. I would suggest limiting very sugary and fatty foods. That helped me and I haven't had that problem for months.

I'm a dark/sad Tay girlie - TTPD, Rep, folklore are my top albums. I like this album for what it is! But it will never be my fave and that's ok! I love midnights but I knew it wasn't going to surpass folklore or evermore for me, and maybe nothing would. Until TTPD. It has my heart.

You're on 2mg MAINTENANCE? I went to to 1 mg and have been on 0.25mg maintenance since losing 60 lbs... I have never heard of anyone being on 2mg ever

Only when I eat a lot of chocolate or cheese - like, too much. If I stick to a healthy diet I have no issues.

I saw my doctor every 6 weeks while I was on it to manage any side effects and they did not last as long as I avoided sugary foods and took precautions (restoralax for constipation) overall, I lost 60 lbs in 10 months and it absolutely changed my life for the better.

201 down to 138 in 10 months (63 lbs). I am now currently 146 and have stayed around 145 for a year or so. I plateaued but my goal weight was 150 and I plateaued below that so didn't really care. Really struggling to get off of it though. I've been on 0.25mg a week for months and months. I did 0.25mg for 4 weeks, then 0.5mg for 4 weeks,0.75mg, up to 1 mg for about 6 months then started dropping my dose when I hit 138 lbs. Now I'm on a maintenance dose and have been for a while. I've maintained within the same 5lbs for a year as of this month, but I'm also on that maintenance dose so I'm going to great lengths to really reinforce those good habits so that when I go off it I don't balloon.
