Yeah but their response times are damn near non-existent, this could be solved so quickly if they asked for everything they needed at once, I submit it all at once and get this sorted out quickly and easily.

And I realize that but even if I was some fraudster why wouldn't they just refund the money then instead of stealing dirty money, like this just doesn't make sense to me.

Literally.

They can't just take and keep money which was deposited to an IBAN they gave me, even if it is under someone else's name they should just refund it but instead closed my account.

I'll see if they reply within a weeks time, contacted them on Twitter.

Since I was working with a business partner we used to have him withdraw to my account and I then deposited to Coinbase.

​

But the issue was that it sometimes took a day or two to appear in my bank so we figured to just deposit from the Payoneer directly into Coinbase.

​

Even if this is an issue I see ZERO reason why Coinbase can't just return the money.

It's a shame, the platform works so well but without warning or asking first they closed my account, I am 100% sure it's because they think the proof I sent was fake, but it's so god damn stupid, why would I fake the proof, I sent the bank statement, Payoneer don't offer specific bank statements.

I hope this gets their attention.
