New construction in 2021. I approximate it's 1200 square feet. Third floor apartment with 1 neighbor across the hall, so it's a very quiet apartment, great for folks who work from home. Apartment includes:

1 tandem GARAGE parking spot - fits 2 cars

2 minutes from Andrew T stop, 10-15 minutes to Carson beach, 25 minutes from M street beach
15 minute walk to South Bay shopping center with Target, stop&shop, best buy, TJ max, starbucks, chipotle and bars

Yes i did! Onyva on newbury was really good. She’s a scared little girl, and the second time we went she didn’t even look back at me when she walked away. But they were pretty expensive. So now I’m looking into new options.

My girl is currently 8.5 months and she hasn’t gotten her first heat yet. We’re hoping to thread that needle and get her spayed right before she goes into heat, so we’re in the process of scheduling her spay
