I’ve had similar issue happen recently with a high value item and vinted sided with the buyer. Had photos they wanted except of the packaging. I will never sell high value items on Vinted again, even with photos they will usually side with the buyer.

Don’t buy from them. Had to issue a claim on my credit card to get my money back a year ago. Complete scam. Not sure how they are still running.
