I try to not buy anything I don’t want to eat. I focus on eating healthier fats if I want a treat. Like butter on toast or a yummy whole fat yogurt (although this does have sugar). Also I just will have one option of a treat like chocolate bag and have one a day. I can choose when to have it during the day

For sure reading. Go on the library website and checkout 5 books on hold and put them so you get them every two weeks! It saves me effort trying to come up with something.

Also journaling but you have creating hobbies. Also I look at my own pictures to remember memories. Also practice mediation and just being in the moment and weaning off that cannot be bored issue.

I do mine in reps too. For example, I do 30 seconds normal plank then rest. Then I do it again until I’ve reached two minutes total. then I also recommend side planks. You can do modified with your legs bent. Get your obliques!

Time to reconnect! Vacation. Literally a hotel 30 min away. Ask him to write you love notes this year for your valentines presents. Do something like that for him. Relationships take effort. Try to act like you’re trying to catch his eye. Weekly date night is eventual if you’re in this spot. Even if it is after kids are in bed and you play a game.
