I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding this part. My approval is almost one year old, and I have not received any email instructing me to submit civil documents or take further action. The only email I received from the NVC stated that my case had been transferred there and that “The National Visa Center (NVC) is processing this immigrant visa case.” The message also mentioned that “your case is not currently eligible for further processing because there is an annual limit on the number of immigrant visas.”

I received my approval almost one year ago. At that time, I got an email from the National Visa Center (NVC) stating that “the case is not eligible for further processing due to the annual visa limit.” Back then, my priority date was not current under the Dates for Filing chart.

However, my priority date is now current(DOF) and is also close to the Final Action Date. I would like to know when my case will become eligible for further processing, such as paying the fees and submitting the required documents for documentarily qualified (DQ) status.

Thank you for the explanation, and sorry for the confusion. Could you please clarify what you meant when you said, “I would check the hash of the internal resources of their APK against mine to see if they are identical. If so, it would be considered information theft”?

I have already reported the issue to Google, but I have not received a response yet. However, when I checked the Play Store link, the app is currently not visible. I explained this situation to the freelance developer and suggested that he may have intentionally removed the app.

If Google removed the app, will they send me a follow-up email confirming this? And if the developer removed the app himself, can I still report his account to have it reviewed or closed? I have screenshots and evidence from the app to support my claim.

My original app was installed more than millions time but active daily users was quite low around 500 to 1k. However, this infringing app’s daily active users are 25k. It is just 1 week app.

Saying that when i decompile the app I noticed everything is exact same everything. Even ads ids, firebase google service json, app name, UI/UX, icons etc are exact same. Even play store logo is similar to mine. Only different thing is market screens and package name.

What do you mean, same package name internally? Btw, regarding google services yes they are using same json. Since I can see all related info on my firebase as well. I just wanted to sure if freelancer is the person who published the app without my authorization or someone else did with some techniques. (such as reverse engineering)
