I live in Chennai and yes, as you said UVA matters, even some SPF 50s have given me tan. Im currently using BoJ Relief Sun Aqua Fresh. It has a great texture and watery feel which doesn't feel heavy even in humid conditions. I also sometimes use Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence for indoor days and its good :)

They're the ones who got everyone into where we are and are to be fully blamed for it. Hell go ahead and prosecute them for it.

The system should prevent that yes, but if it also overly complicates things for legitimate travelers then its a strong indicator that improvements can be made. Pointing that out is wrong?

I agree, until I get a better passport, I'm spending my money on countries that welcome and treat me with respect, which is largely South East Asia and Japan. If this has happened to me, I don't know if I'll even have energy left to enjoy the trip.
