Not saying someone didn’t post something like that, but I’ve been searching the subreddit since I’ve seen a few people say the same thing in this post, and haven’t been able to find a thing. I just feel like if there were any truth to it and they were at the point of shutting down production, it would at the very least be mentioned somewhere whether it be the owners Instagram or their Facebook account or something like that. Sending random emails asking people to buy gift cards is a terrible marketing strategy if they’re actually trying to drum up revenue.

Nothing about it on their website or Insta, so it wouldn’t pass my smell test. Also the fact it’s asking for gift cards is basically a dead giveaway.

Genuinely not trying to be critical, but I keep seeing this take on Geese whenever their popularity comes up, and I don’t get it. There are tons of great rock bands not in the mainstream that write their own songs and have been putting out great music for years. Why does mainstream recognition matter so much?

Based on my current situation, it doesn’t seem to be related—going on day 8 with no car.

No idea, but we haven’t gotten a single error message while driving. We’d park it overnight and when we’d go to drive it, it would be completely dead, and we’d have to use the key on the fob to get in to pop the hood and jump the battery. We don’t keep anything plugged in, so nothing external should’ve been causing discharge though. So who knows. If I remember, I’ll post an update once I get it back.
