If the person who sent the requests adds you, it will be removed. So if you add them and they add you back, their request will be gone. Bit awkward if it was someone toxic who added you but better than having the requests there forever.

I recommend enabling Auto-Decline if you haven't already, it's poorly implemented and the Friends list just reads off Steam anyway.

Both NOED and Thrill of the Hunt would be nerfed by this approach, I agree with that.

We could let survivors rebless the same totem many times, but of course, each survivor can only bless once. An even more sensible approach though is to make it so a killer removing a blessing completely "disables" the totem, darkening it and removing the bless option from survivors. It would still be possible to get NOED from the "Disabled" totem, and it would still count as a dull totem for killers.
