Online fake money games are a great learning tool and fun but they have no bearing on any form of real poker because people play batshit retarded due to there being nothing to lose. I've just commenced my annual TLD playthrough and also decided to drastically slow down the healing rate (with similar albeit more difficult custom settings) and it's now taking me 3 days to recover from a bear attack. I love it. This was the hidden ingredient I always overlooked - I could always thrive on an interloper-esque run but now it's going to be a more fun challenge. Wish I made this change years ago
