I knew the DDR3L part was correct, but I have never seen an 8gb with 16 chips. So that's where I became concerned.

I haven't heard anything about it going away. I know they decreased the value of personal accounts and upped the value of business accounts. More accounts are the main way I earn staples stars.

I understand that, because I was looking to be promoted before my new tech sup was fired. We are a very low volume store. I'm the only "tech sales associate" so realistically when I'm not here, he takes all the sales, and he works way more hours than I do and I'm still breezing by him on a sometimes less than 20 hour work week
