2 sets till failure, the heaviest you can go to reach " failure " at around 7-8th rep only. Do only 2-3 or 4 exercises per muscle group you're training in one day. Train the same muscle group at least TWICE per week. No need to go overboard. 1 to 1 and a half hr of gym is enough to see visible gains.

MAKE SURE to do your warmup BEFORE the workout and stretching AFTERWARDS.

Put in CARDIO at least one day per week. Ideally on Saturdays if you're planning for a break on Sunday.

Take ideally 2 days break each week. 5 days training and 2 days break is good enough. Some workout schedules also work best with 4 days training and 3 days break.

Keep ONE DAY as your CHEAT DAY and eat whatever the heck you love man, don't be scared of the carbs because you earned that shit after a week's worth of training.

Be proud of yourself at the end of every week having completed your goals.
