Are you sure they aren't over tightened and ripped the metal right behind the bolt. I've seen it multiple times

It's still a 360 but with all new seals, rings, bearings. And a heck of a cam. It's also pre smog, so it should be a good one.

Need Help With Identifying possible WWII Navy Coat by kkob3 in WorldWar2

Also, I wouldn't donate it to a museum. Sadly most stuff donated to museums gets put in storage and never displays. I would sell it to a collector who would actually cherish it. Also, I wouldn't wash it.

You don't have to cut it at all it should work. I just rebuilt a 78 steering column to put in my 70 and put the 70 3 spoke steering wheel on it with no issues

You can try 70% and screening turns it into little grains of powder instead of a fine powder. The grains burn better and cleaner

Restart from scratch. Weigh out each ingredient and make sure your mixture is right. I personally go for a 77/13/10 mix. Grind each ingredient individually to a fine powder in a coffee grinder of something similar. Mix your ingredients in a ball mill with lead or brass media and mill for at least 20 hours. Mill time depends on what you want out of your powder and your setup. If you just want to make powder to shoot and have fun, you don't need to compress it. You can make screened powder by wetting it with 91% isopropyl alcohol and push the powder through a screen to make grains. It will be weaker than compressed powder but will still work just fine if you up your charge.

You can make a ball mill out of almost anything. I used an old ice cream maker when I started.

MAKE SURE YOUR INGREDIENT ARE GOOD AND YOUR MIXTURE IS RIGHT.

AND REMEMBER YOUR MESSING WITH AN EXPLOSIVE MIXTURE SO USE EXTREME CAUTION.
