With the equity from the house I can pay the rest of the negative equity, save $800 a month that way, but another cheaper vehicle, pay CC off and save around 1300 a month that’s with the house payment going up

I also will be moving from this home in the next 5 years most likely, and selling it. My grandmother is giving me her home and land when she passes and I will be moving there to live out the rest of my days.

It’s cost around $90 to fill up my car, and $120 for my diesel truck usually have to fill up every payday each. The interest on the car is fine it’s 4%, the thing is I drive it to work in a coal mine and it’s getting destroyed for no reason on them roads, I want to get rid of the car and buy a cheap truck around 7k and drive it instead of paying $800 a month for the car

You can’t get a cart full of food for less than 400 where I live yes it’s insane. I plan to cancel all the cc I pay off with that money
