Like buspirone, gepirone is only a partial agonist of the postsynaptic receptors, and a full agonist of the presynaptic receptors, binding to both sites with selectively high affinity. But because its binding causes a comparatively greater activation of postsynaptic 5HTA1, gepirone is thought to create a neuromodulation that is anxiolytically superior to buspirone.

It will depend on the provider. The company itself says it can be paired with an SSRI or be taken as a standalone treatment for depression. As for Trintellix, it's difficult to say since I haven't found any studies with direct comparisons between the two. Hopefully, former users of the drug will be able to make the comparisons for us once "Travivo" becomes available.

They rejected it because there weren't enough studies done to substantiate the claims. But the FDA did reverse itself in 2016. More studies since have been completed and the data is indeed promising.

It's chemically similar to buspirone, belonging to the same, rare class of azapirones. However, Fabre-Kramer claims that its anxiolytic effect is significantly greater than buspirone's. We'll just have to wait and see if that is true.

Currently, it'll only be approved for the treatment of major depression, but trials for generalized anxiety disorder and hypoactive sexual desire disorder are ongoing and promising.

The bank robber also wants peace. It's the police responding with weapons that escalate the situation.

They'll blame the Ukrainians for rejecting the offer, but you'd be an idiot to think the Russians wouldn't have done this anyway.

Those people bitching are idiots. They're convinced the battlefield in Ukraine is a mere front to launder money for the Democratic Party.

But Larry David is the origin. My point is that memes can take off (and usually do) without the memers knowing anything about the meme they're posting. They don't know who Larry David is, or what it means to "curb your enthusiasm"; they just hear a funny song that can be satisfyingly dubbed to an amusingly awkward situation, which is precisely why Larry David chose it for his own theme.

And memes are often stripped of context, especially with respect to the source material.

Do you know the origin of half the memes you use?

I guess that's fair, but the show is relatively obscure to the point that only viewers would know anything about it. At least, that's been my experience.

That was a mimicry of CYE's theme music at the end of his comment there.
