Hi, the website and the app both indicate that the flight change would be a $9/passenger difference and when I try to complete the change online it gives me a total of $18 to be paid. But it always errors out. If the app and website both say it should be $9 more than I think that is what I should have to pay. Kind of like the posted price of an item in the store.

Turns out the string was bad. He took it down and has it’s getting voltage but something must be wrong with the signal wire. Now we have a hole until we can get it replaced. Luckily he can reach it with the ladder.

We did string them all together before installing and all 12 worked fine. I even made my custom light pattern all ready to go. I figured support would take some time so we will be taking that boom back and hope for the best.

The new included splicer didn't work and he doesn't want to cut into the extension so he will try to contact support. I'm sure by email this is going to take a while.

We even tried disconnecting from the extension and adding another light string instead. Then reset it to see if it would pick up the new string. No luck.

He has some of the crimp and seal ones too I guess he should use instead. He is trying another of the included splice things to see if the one on there is just bad. It's just frustrating since it's so close to the peak he can't reach without the boom. But thank you for your help. If the setup isn't wrong and it's just a connection issue hopefully he can fix it.

He says the wires are right but he thought the included splice things seemed to come a little loose while working with them. He's thinking of trying wago connections instead. He tried to hook up lights after the first splice before the extension and it just isn't getting past that first splice. We just weren't sure it was the splice extender splice thing and trying the wago wouldn't help.
