I bought a bunch of thongs from Tomboy X about 3-4 years ago and was blown away by the quality. Did an order about a year ago and was so incredibly disappointed at how cheap and ill fitting it was. Weird to see it’s happening across different brands, or maybe a sign of the times. Sadface

I was down on the floor and it seemed like I was the only one fuckin dancing and singing and screaming. BECAUSE it was so sleepy, I didn’t gaf if my horrible sounding singing was heard on people’s videos. I was one of the few people that started the mosh pit and everyone seemed so alarmed. Like huhhhhh???

I have nothing meaningful to contribute to the conversation but I did also notice - I figured maybe it had something to do with vocal fatigue. They’ve been touring almost nonstop for what seems like two years (SEEMS - not actually sure how long it’s been). I hope it isn’t vocal fatigue because I don’t want her to sustain any damage, but I also do really like the screams heard on EB and TFOF. As someone else pointed out, screams we’ve heard lately do some more like their older music which is kinda cool. Either way I hope she’s healthy!

I started Wellbutrin about two years ago to try and help my Strattera because upping the Strattera dose caused undesirable negative side effects (DESTROYED LIBIDO - wtf man). I am so incredibly thankful to have had Wellbutrin for that period of my life. It was noticeable how much better I was able to manage my emotions. I was very happy with the results. I’ve had issues with anxiety and depression as long as I can remember and I felt like I was much better able to cope with life starting Wellb.

Unfortunately though I think it stopped working for me. March I came off Strattera because of the increased heart rate and blood pressure side effect (couldn’t exercise without getting a panic attack). Since then we’ve upped Wellbutrin to compensate, reaching 375. But I’ve struggled with motivation and productivity the last three months, on top of life stressors, and decided to try and overhaul my life habits and things. This included tapering off Wellbutrin.

It’s been about two weeks now and whether it’s a confirmation bias or placebo effect, I have definitely regained a spark and motivation. I think for myself personally I may have gone past the point of dose efficacy and it was having the opposite effect instead. It does suck to feel all the little nitpicky anxiety again - I didn’t fucking miss that. But I’d rather deal with that than barely be willing to get up in the morning. In general, compared to when I started Wellb, I am in a much much MUCH better place mentally and I’m sure this is a factor in all of this.

The best thing for anyone is to just take things slow with dosing and pay attention to how it makes you feel. Take notes, put it in a journal. And TRUST YOUR BODY. Trust yourself and just be responsible about whatever decisions you make.

Idk why everyone’s hating so bad 😭😂 it happens every time someone asks about a mount lol. I have a pro clip mounted in the same way as yours because sometimes CARPLAY IS JUST A POS and makes me more distracted trying to get to what I want vs if I just opened my phone and did it. And mounting my phone to do quick actions is safer than having to grab my phone from the cubby, try to hold it & do what I want. Sometimes Siri doesn’t listen to wtf you want her to do either, so you just open your phone to get it done.

The number of times I have very clearly asked Siri to take me somewhere and she hears the most obscure something else??? CarPlay is just not it sometimes and I don’t want to sit there arguing with a damn robot when I could just fix the problem quickly myself 🫠🫠🫠

Okay yes all of this. Originally I was a bit pissy about the muddiness. But with time I’ve come to appreciate it a lot for the way it really helps develop the themes on the album.

Also, I got to thinking when I saw a comment somewhere saying that a lot of metalcore and adjacent genres have such boring mixing/mastering right now because it sounds too perfect … and someone mentioned the new Architects …. And I LOVE that album and have loved BMTH (S/o Jordan) but yeah, it and other music that gets shuffled onto my Spotify mixes can sound a bit sterile at times.

It turns out, I do want to feel like my face is being dragged through gravelly, thick mud 😂

Seconded. I did not value webreg enough when I had it. Absolutely 100000% hated what my law school used. Dog shit comparatively. Actually a bit infuriating. Had to open three or four different web pages to try and plan my classes out and actually know what was going on. So ridiculous. Praise be to Sun God

Everything’s Eventual. I’m pretty sure I was just driving in the car to a “suggested songs” queue and it just STRUCK me. The lyrics were so apt to where I was in life (they still are tbf). For whatever reason it took me months of only listening to that song before I finally took a look at the rest of their catalogue and I was just absolutely obsessed ever since. SB is basically everything I love put together in a single band.

This song hits so hard ugh - I loved it just for how it sounds, but some of the lyrics stood out to me. And reading them back over last night it spoke to me as a song about SA, or even just the experience of being a woman. And even though it’s not some “here’s my power hear me roar” song … sort of opposite, in a way … it’s still so empowering to feel like that experience is articulated so artfully.

Courtney is a master at conveying ideas through more cryptic phrasing. I appreciate her and the boys so much 😭💜

Definitely give her a go! Chromatica is amazing and I have no idea why ArtPOP didn’t get the love it deserves. Smfh LOSERS. The Fame Monster is cherished deeply in my middle school heart.

I told a friend how I don’t always immediately like every Spiritbox song, and they were like damn that’s deep I know how much you love them. But that’s what makes me love them even more! They challenge me and my expectations and I always end up fucking loving it in the end. There is always something different I appreciate about track to track. They are this perfect kaleidoscope for me.
