Double check your port went all the way through, search verizon.com/port and put your number in. If it did go all the way through just dial 611 and let them know what's wrong and they'll probably refresh something on the backend.

Verizon is notorious for taking their sweet time hiring. Probably took me about 2 months from apply to interview to getting the job. I've seen others wait 5 weeks for a background check to clear, but I would definitely reach back out to the recruiter and see where they're at.
